What is an Escapod?
An escapod is a timed(15-30 minute), themed, small footprint "escape" experience that is for 2-4 players that can fit in the back of a regular car
Suitable for running at a static site, corporate event or a convention type environment
Designed for quick set up (around an hour) and with rapid reset times (under 5 minutes), you can be up and running in next to no time!

How does it work?
An Escapod is a designed story. Your players are greeted by the operator, they are then given the first part of the briefing, then moved into the staging area for the second briefing.
Then the game begins!
The whole game is designed to be a collaborative effort, but in some, there may be elements of personal point scoring for competativeness. Compare your scores with your friends and colleagues!
There are both mechanical and electronic elements to the puzzles, which incorporate: maths, vision and auditory processing, phyical skill, logic and critical thinking.
Many of these puzzles are designed to have zero reset time, which allows players to cycle quickly!

An Escapod is designed around a 3m x 3m shell, a standard pop-up gazebo footprint, with an added "staging" area of 1m x 3m and a 4m x 1m Operator space for a total of 4m x 4m.
We think that this is a great size to be transportble and doesn't require masses of space which allows for many building to acommodate the games.

What comes with an Escapod?
A fully themed, light restricted, free-standing gazebo with added staging area structure, plus all the elements required to run the game. Some games may have optional elements, such as online leaderboards, video cameras and tablet systems that can be added for a more premium experience.
